TDF Announces Recipient of 2024 Team Tate Mentorship and Leadership Fund Grant
I am honored to be chosen as the recipient of TDF’s Team Tate Mentorship and Leadership Grant. It is an achievement that has been earned with years of hard work, but also through the guidance and dedication of my mentors, clients, family, and friends, which truly embodies the meaning behind the donor’s vision of this grant. The equestrian business presents many challenges, specifically for me as a new mom, finding a balance between horses, business, and family. I look forward to developing new skills in both my riding and business management, running my business with integrity, and developing horses that are happy to participate in the sport.
